A Booking Service Built Around Small Groups
The idea behind us is simple: groups of ten or twelve fall between a taxi and a coach. They are too many for one car and too few to fill fifty seats. Our job is to find the right vehicle and a licensed operator for them, anywhere we cover in Spain.
What we are, and what we are not
Vehicles and drivers are not ours. Every trip is run by a partner operator holding a public transport authorisation, since carrying passengers for payment by road in Spain needs one, and the insurance that comes with the work. Cars with a driver are a separate regime, known as VTC, with an authorisation for each car.
What we do is the part between your idea and the morning of the trip: matching your group to a vehicle and an operator, explaining the local rules that shape the day, and putting it all in one quote.
How we choose an operator
We look at where your trip starts and how many are travelling. On Mallorca that means an operator based on the island. For a school group it means one able to prove three things the organiser is asked to check under Spanish rules: its authorisation for group transport, a current ITV roadworthiness card, and insurance covering the passengers' civil liability without limit. For a wheelchair user it means a minibus with a lift or ramp and proper securing points.
Honest about the rules
Spanish cities write their own low-emission rules, and several change in 2027. Where a city's rule could not be confirmed on an official page, we say so, and the operator checks it for your vehicle shortly before you travel. The same goes for stopping places: some cities publish them, many do not, and then the operator agrees the spot.
Where we work
Twenty cities, from Santiago de Compostela to Palma, twelve airports and four cruise ports. Trips can run beyond them: Pamplona for San Fermín, for example, is reached from Donostia / San Sebastián, roughly 84 km by road.
What we never promise
We do not quote fixed reply times or claim round-the-clock cover. We do promise that the quote states what is included, and that the details you send reach the operator as you wrote them.
What travellers ask us
Are you a bus company?
No. We are a booking service. The minibus, coach or car and its driver come from a licensed, insured partner operator chosen for your route and group size.
Who is responsible on the day?
The operator runs the trip and its driver follows the road rules, including the EU limits on driving hours. We stay your contact for changes to the booking.
Can a group that needs a coach still book with you?
Yes. Minibuses come first for us, but midi-coaches of about 29 to 35 seats and full-size coaches of 49 to 57 are arranged in the same way.
Tell us about your group
Who is travelling, when and where to: that is all we need to start.
