What we do

Professional coach and bus rental services throughout Spain for tours, airport transfers, corporate groups, schools, weddings, events and private group travel. is a booking service and acts as an intermediary. We take your trip details, ask licensed, insured transport operators to price the trip, and arrange the booking with the operator whose quote you accept. Each operator holds the authorisation Spanish law requires for the transport it carries out. We do not own vehicles or employ drivers. The transport contract is made between you and the operator, who provides the vehicle and driver and carries out the trip. We are neither an organiser nor a retailer of package travel.

Quotes

A quote covers the vehicle, the driver and the trip as described in your request. It names the operator and states what is included, how long the quote is valid and the cancellation terms that apply. Parking, tolls, ferry fares and any site charges are shown on the quote where they apply. If the trip changes after the quote, the price may change, and we will tell you before anything is charged.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing after you accept the quote. Nothing is charged before you accept. Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we do not store full card numbers.

Changes, cancellations and withdrawal

Cancellation terms depend on the operator and the vehicle, and they are written on your quote before you pay. To change or cancel, contact us as early as you can using the details on your confirmation.

Spanish consumer law takes contracts for passenger transport services out of the distance-contract rules, including the right of withdrawal (art. 93(k) of the consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). The cancellation terms on your quote apply instead.

Your part

Give accurate addresses, times, flight or cruise details and passenger numbers, and tell us in advance about wheelchairs, child seats and bulky luggage. Passengers must follow the driver's safety instructions and the law, including wearing seat belts where fitted. Drivers must keep to the EU rules on driving and rest times, which can shape long days and multi-day trips.

Responsibility for the trip

The operator is responsible for the vehicle, the driver and the safe performance of the trip. We are responsible for arranging your booking with due care. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Spanish consumer law.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, email spaincoachrentals@pm.me first, so we can put it right. Our position on alternative dispute resolution for consumers is set out in the legal notice. You can also go to the courts.

Changes to these terms and applicable law

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you accept a quote applies to that booking. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you normally live and can go to the courts where you live.
