What Groups Book Us For
Most of our groups are celebrating something, discovering somewhere, or playing a match. Each occasion has its own rhythm, and the pages below explain what that means for the vehicle and the day.
Celebrations and days out
Wedding guests ride together between the ceremony, the photographs and the dinner, and a car with driver can carry the couple. Wine groups visit Rioja, Ribera del Duero, the Penedès, Priorat or the sherry country around Jerez with no one counting glasses. Day tours cover the classics, from El Escorial to the Albufera.
Teams, schools and everyone else
School trips follow Spain's school transport decree, with an adult escort on board when three quarters of the pupils are under 16. Sports teams and clubs travel with kit in the back. Company groups, cruise passengers and travellers who use wheelchairs each have their own page.
What travellers ask us
Can one booking mix occasions?
Yes. A wedding weekend often adds an airport run and a wine afternoon, and they can sit in one quote.
Do you arrange guides or tickets?
We arrange the vehicle and driver. Timed tickets, such as the Alhambra's, are booked separately, and we plan the day around them.
What size is right for a team?
A squad of up to 16 fits a minibus. Once coaches, physios and kit come too, the next size up, a midi-coach, is often more comfortable.
