What we collect
Details you give us: name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off points, dates and times, flight or cruise details, passenger numbers, accessibility needs you choose to tell us, and your account login if you create one. Card payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal, who share only the payment outcome with us.
Technical data: browser type, pages visited and approximate location from your IP address, collected in server logs and, with your consent, through cookies as set out in our cookie policy.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
To quote and arrange your trip and to communicate about it: a contract, or steps before one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To keep accounting and tax records: a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). To keep the site secure and working: our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Marketing and analytics only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Health information, such as accessibility needs, is used only to arrange a suitable vehicle, with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).
Who we share it with
The transport operators who quote or carry out your trip. Payment, email and hosting providers who process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we use the safeguards the GDPR requires (Art. 44 ff.), such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to provide the service. After that, data is kept blocked only for the periods Spanish commercial and tax law require or while liabilities may arise (art. 32 LOPDGDD), then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw a consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before you did (Art. 7(3) GDPR). To exercise any of these, email spaincoachrentals@pm.me.
If you think we have not handled your rights properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD), the supervisory authority in Spain (Art. 77 GDPR).
